We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Group Account Director to lead and manage key client relationships within our agency. This role offers the opportunity to work with a globally renowned automotive client on exciting US market initiatives.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and nurture strong, strategic partnerships with clients at senior levels, ensuring their business objectives are understood and met.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, providing creative solutions that align with client goals and brand strategies.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive account strategies that leverage both agency capabilities and client needs, driving successful campaign execution.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including creative, strategy, and production, to ensure seamless project delivery and a cohesive brand experience.
  • Oversee budgeting and financial aspects of client accounts, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness while adhering to agency guidelines.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics, providing insightful analysis and recommendations for optimization and continuous improvement.
Your Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in account management within a dynamic advertising agency environment, with a minimum of 6 years of relevant industry experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a Group Director or similar leadership role, demonstrating strong strategic thinking and client relationship management skills.
  • A deep understanding of both brand strategy and communications planning, with the ability to translate client objectives into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Experience working within the automotive industry is highly desirable, showcasing a knowledge of the sector's unique challenges and opportunities.
  • Solid financial acumen, including experience in agency budgeting, cost management, and production oversight.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with internal teams and external clients.
