About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Director to join our team at Plusgrade Inc. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of strategic partners and driving revenue growth through innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute strategic growth plans for key accounts, exceeding revenue targets and driving deeper engagement.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level stakeholders, understanding their business goals and objectives.
  3. Analyze data and measure results to inform business decisions and optimize account performance.
  4. Negotiate and close on contract renewals, leveraging your deep understanding of our value proposition and partner needs.
Requirements
  1. 10+ years of experience in account management, ideally with a focus on strategic accounts.
  2. Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving significant account growth.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  4. Strategic thinking and a consultative approach, with the ability to tailor solutions to unique client needs.
