About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Administrative Assistant to join our team at PAMILYA H&R WELLNESS INC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mail and Document Management: Open and distribute incoming mail, packages, and other materials in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events with patients, staff, and external partners.
  • Training and Development: Train staff on new procedures, software, and systems to ensure seamless operations.
  • Claims and Records Management: Complete insurance and other claim forms, and maintain accurate and confidential medical records.
  • Office Operations: Establish and maintain office procedures, routines, and protocols to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to patients, staff, and external partners, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a medical administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
