Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Canada Goose. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a positive store environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a memorable shopping experience for our customers.
- Meet or exceed personal sales targets and productivity standards, driving sales growth and revenue.
- Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to make personalized recommendations.
- Assist in visual merchandising, maintaining a visually appealing store environment that showcases our products.
- Participate in store meetings, events, and product knowledge sessions to stay up-to-date on new products and sales strategies.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies, working closely with the management team to achieve sales goals.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products, features, and benefits.
- Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, resolving problems promptly and efficiently.
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the apparel retail industry.
- Proven record of successful sales performance, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and techniques.
- Previous experience working with luxury brands in high-traffic locations, with a strong understanding of customer preferences and behaviors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
