Position Overview

As a Regional Sales Leader at Reitmans, you will report directly to the Sales and Operations Director. You will oversee a network of 17 retail locations within the CENTRAL ONTARIO AREA, ensuring outstanding customer experiences, financial success, and a supportive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enhance store and management performance through strategic visits
  • Evaluate product success to develop effective merchandising plans
  • Attract, nurture, and maintain high-performing teams
  • Establish clear objectives and monitor team effectiveness
  • Adhere to company policies and operational guidelines

Candidate Profile

What You Bring to the Table

  • Over 5 years of experience in multi-unit management
  • Preferred post-secondary education
  • Proven ability to drive results and mentor store leaders
  • Expertise in recruitment, training, and succession planning
  • Experience in guiding teams towards financial and merchandising achievements
  • Willingness to travel to various locations as needed
