Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Canada Inc. in Anglais.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
  • Coordination: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as needed.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in Anglais.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
