- Championing new technologies and supporting the team through training, coaching, and engagement strategies to foster an empowered workforce.
- Connecting data and insights to promote continuous improvement by actively listening to clients and employees, enhancing business processes, and creating an environment conducive to richer experiences while providing insights to support corporate strategies.
- Coaching team members by implementing effective coaching practices that focus on behaviors and mindset, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
- Collaborating closely with clients and partners across the organization to meet departmental and divisional objectives.
- Engaging in Change Management by contributing to the development of change management plans using established methodologies to communicate the change narrative. Motivating, mentoring, and leading the team through the change management process.
- Overseeing the onboarding of new team members, including recruitment, interviewing, and selecting top industry talent.
- Remaining adaptable to new priorities by maintaining agility in a dynamic work environment.
- Experience in the Financial Services Industry: A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated leadership success within the financial services sector, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of policies, processes, regulatory requirements, and continuous improvement.
- Leadership Skills: Proficient in performance management, employee development, coaching, team building, and fostering employee engagement. Proven track record of guiding teams through transitions.
- Relationship Management: Ability to cultivate and sustain robust working relationships with clients and business partners across the organization and within the industry.
- Results-Driven: Detail-oriented with a strong capacity to delegate, meet stringent deadlines, and set high standards for both the team and oneself.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think and act strategically in a fluid environment while anticipating future trends in service, technology, and training. An innovative mindset with creative problem-solving approaches.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with a talent for engaging across various organizational levels.

- Educational Background: A post-secondary degree in Business Administration or a related field. Industry-related certifications such as CSC, IFC are advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
- Knowledge of the financial services, capital markets, or mutual fund industry is considered an asset.
