About the Role

MindRight Counselling & Consulting Inc. is seeking a skilled Behavioural Therapist to join our team. As a Behavioural Therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing therapy and counselling services to individuals and groups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Therapy and Counselling Services

You will work with clients to identify and address their mental health concerns, providing a safe and supportive environment for them to explore their thoughts and feelings.

Develop and Implement Intervention Programs

You will work with clients to develop personalized intervention programs that address their specific needs and goals.

Conduct Presentations and Workshops

You will deliver presentations and workshops to clients, groups, and communities on topics related to mental health and wellbeing.

Provide Mediation and Arbitration Services

You will work with clients to resolve conflicts and disputes in a fair and impartial manner.

Collaborate with Other Professionals

You will work closely with other professionals, including psychologists, social workers, and medical professionals, to provide comprehensive care to clients.

Requirements
  • Education

A college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.

Language

English language proficiency.

Work Hours

40 hours per week.
