About the Role:
MindRight Counselling & Consulting Inc. is seeking a skilled Mental Health Specialist to join our team. As a Behavioural Therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing therapy and counselling services to individuals and groups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide therapy and counselling services to clients
- Counsel individuals and groups to achieve personal, social, and vocational development and adjustment
- Apply psychological theory and principles to develop intervention programs
- Deliver presentations at conferences, workshops, or symposia
- Offer mediation, conciliation, and arbitration services
- Help clients manage physical illness and disorders
Requirements:
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
Work Environment:
- Permanent position
- 40 hours per week
- Work Language: English
