Mental Health Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Specialist to join our team at MindRight Counselling & Consulting Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background and relevant experience in providing therapy and counselling services.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement intervention programs to support clients in achieving personal, social, and vocational development and adjustment.
- Provide therapy and counselling services to individuals and groups, applying psychological theory and principles to promote positive change.
- Deliver presentations at conferences, workshops, and symposia to share knowledge and expertise.
- Offer mediation, conciliation, and arbitration services to support clients in resolving conflicts and achieving resolution.
- Collaborate with clients to develop strategies for managing physical illness and disorders.
Requirements
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
Work Environment
- Permanent position.
- 40 hours per week.
- English language.
