Job Summary

Vancouver Coastal Health is seeking a skilled Mental Health Clinician to join our Child and Youth Integrated Mental Health program in Richmond, BC. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work with children and youth who require culturally sensitive mental health services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify the needs of children and youth with severe mental health issues.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that take into account the unique cultural and linguistic needs of our clients.
  • Provide culturally sensitive treatment services, including behavioral interventions, family sessions, and individual counseling.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care and support for our clients.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in an Allied Health discipline from a recognized program.
  • Three years' recent experience working with child and youth in a mental health setting.
  • Valid BC Driver's License and ability to travel locally.
