About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team at Vivreau Canada Inc. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our call center operations and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire, Train, and Develop Staff

You will be responsible for recruiting, training, and developing a team of customer service representatives to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to provide excellent service to our customers.

Plan and Direct Research

You will lead research initiatives to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance our customer service operations.

Direct and Advise Staff

You will provide guidance and support to your team members to ensure they are equipped to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

Develop and Implement Service Quality Assessment Strategies

You will work with your team to develop and implement strategies to assess and improve our service quality, ensuring that we meet the high standards expected by our customers.

Plan, Develop, and Organize Policies and Procedures

You will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure that our customer service operations are efficient and effective.

Represent the Company

You will represent Vivreau Canada Inc. at various economic and social organizations, promoting our brand and values.

Provide Customer Service

You will be the primary point of contact for customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Assign, Coordinate, and Review Projects and Programs

You will be responsible for assigning, coordinating, and reviewing projects and programs to ensure they are completed on time and to the required standard.
