About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at City Cannabis Corp. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading a team of sales staff, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of 5-10 retail salespersons and sales clerks.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, resolve customer complaints, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, including ordering merchandise and managing stock levels.
  • Training and Development: Hire, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Store Operations: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained, and that all store policies and procedures are followed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail or customer service role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and leadership skills.
