Retail Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Korna Natural Pet Supplies Ltd. in a retail business setting. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Management: Direct and control daily operations, manage staff, and assign duties to ensure efficient store performance.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolve customer complaints, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise a team of 16-20 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their responsibilities.
- Financial Management: Plan budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or customer-facing role.
- Work Environment: Willing to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, handle heavy loads, and work under pressure.
- Personal Qualities: Excellent oral communication, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and reliability.

- Work Environment: Permanent position with 30 to 40 hours per week.
