Restaurant Operations Manager

J & D Developments Ltd. is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our food service operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Service Development: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to meet customer needs.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and clean environment for customers and staff.
- Supply Chain Management: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other essential supplies, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
- Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, promoting our restaurant and increasing customer engagement.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns, providing prompt and effective solutions.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, working under pressure, meeting tight deadlines, and performing repetitive tasks.
- Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with standing for extended periods.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, dependable, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organized, reliable, and a team player.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, with a permanent employment contract.
- Language: English as the primary language of communication.
