Key Responsibilities:
  • Service Development: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to meet customer needs.

  • Supply Chain Management: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other essential supplies, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
  • Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, promoting our restaurant and driving sales growth.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns, providing excellent service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.
Work Environment and Requirements:
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, working under pressure, meeting tight deadlines, and performing repetitive tasks.
  • Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with standing for extended periods.

Experience and Education:
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, with a permanent employment contract.
  • Language: English as the primary language of communication.
