Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager - Business Operations to join our team at J & D Developments Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Development
    • Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for customers and staff.
  • Supply Chain Management
    • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other essential supplies, ensuring the best possible quality and value.
  • Marketing and Customer Service
    • Participate in marketing plans and implementation, promoting our restaurant and services to attract new customers.
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner, providing excellent customer service.
  • Operations Management
    • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure, with tight deadlines and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. They will be required to stand for extended periods and manage a large workload.

Requirements
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the restaurant industry.
  • Language
    • Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff.
  • Work Schedule
    • 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts as required.
