Position Overview:

  • Formulate and implement employee relations strategies aimed at sustaining amicable workplace relationships and averting conflicts.
  • Perform comprehensive analysis of labor regulations and market trends to guarantee adherence and recommend optimal practices.
  • Participate in discussions with labor unions to achieve equitable conditions for all stakeholders.
  • Act as a mediator in conflicts and handle grievances through proficient communication and conflict management skills.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to establish policies that promote a supportive work atmosphere and comply with legal standards.
  • Offer valuable insights to leadership on labor-related issues and assist in managing disciplinary processes when required.
  • Stay informed about the latest developments in labor relations and propose creative solutions to improve employee engagement and organizational efficiency.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in labor relations, human resources, or a similar discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a related position.
  • Deep knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
  • Strong negotiation and mediation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven experience in resolving conflicts.
  • Ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
