Your primary duties will encompass ensuring compliance with labor regulations, facilitating negotiations, and effectively resolving disputes.
Position Overview:
- Formulate and implement employee relations strategies aimed at sustaining amicable workplace relationships and averting conflicts.
- Perform comprehensive analysis of labor regulations and market trends to guarantee adherence and recommend optimal practices.
- Participate in discussions with labor unions to achieve equitable conditions for all stakeholders.
- Act as a mediator in conflicts and handle grievances through proficient communication and conflict management skills.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to establish policies that promote a supportive work atmosphere and comply with legal standards.
- Offer valuable insights to leadership on labor-related issues and assist in managing disciplinary processes when required.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in labor relations and propose creative solutions to improve employee engagement and organizational efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in labor relations, human resources, or a similar discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in a related position.
- Deep knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
- Strong negotiation and mediation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven experience in resolving conflicts.
- Ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with the capacity to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
