Job Summary

The Restaurant Host/Hostess will be responsible for ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests, from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave. This includes greeting customers, seating them, and managing reservations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reservations and Seating: Manage reservations, seating, and table assignments to ensure a smooth dining experience.
  • Financial Management: Maintain accurate financial records, including receipts and payments.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and schedule staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak periods.
  • Quality Control: Inspect dining areas and food preparation areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness and quality.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
