Job Title: Restaurant Host/Hostess

We are seeking a friendly and organized Restaurant Host/Hostess to join our team at The Curry Pot. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Services: Greet and seat guests, answer questions about menu items and preparation methods, and address any concerns or complaints.
  • Table Management: Manage table assignments, ensure timely seating, and maintain a clean and organized dining area.
  • Staff Support: Supervise and schedule staff, maintain financial records, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Security and Safety: Ensure a safe and secure environment for guests and staff, including conducting criminal record checks.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
