The Curry Pot is seeking a skilled Restaurant Host/Hostess to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Experience: Greet customers, answer questions, and provide menu recommendations to enhance their dining experience.
  • Table Management: Manage table reservations, seating arrangements, and ensure a smooth flow of service.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and meet customer needs.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records, process payments, and handle customer complaints in a professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a restaurant setting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
