CMG Marketing is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to provide administrative and operational support to our programs and clients while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively in English and French to ensure seamless program execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in the day-to-day administration of programs, including data entry, tracking, and reporting to ensure timely and accurate delivery of program components.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner, providing solutions and resolving conflicts.
  • Manage and monitor program schedules to ensure timely execution and delivery of all program components.
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure program goals and objectives are met.
  • Support the development and implementation of programs, including all administration and reporting.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date program files, records, and databases to ensure efficient program management.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of program processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in program administration or customer service.
  • Related diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, in a fast-paced, deadline-driven office environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
