Position Overview

As an Office Administrator at SUPERIOR WASH, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions. Your expertise will help maintain an organized and efficient office environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Management: Review and assess new administrative processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Work Prioritization: Establish priorities for tasks and ensure adherence to procedures and deadlines.
  • Operational Activities: Execute various administrative tasks to support the organization.
  • Policy Administration: Manage policies and procedures related to information access and privacy legislation.
  • Office Services Coordination: Plan and coordinate office services including accommodation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance.
  • Budget Preparation: Assist in preparing the operating budget while maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Procedure Oversight: Supervise and coordinate office administrative procedures.
Qualifications

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience: A minimum of 2 years to less than 3 years in a similar role is preferred.

Technical Skills
  • Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with electronic mail and MS Office applications.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a work schedule of 32 hours per week. The primary language of communication in this role is English.
