- Payroll Oversight: Oversee payroll administration and ensure accurate processing of employee payments.
- Record Keeping: Maintain an organized internal record-keeping system and manage incoming and outgoing mail.
- Invoice Preparation: Prepare invoices and manage bank deposits efficiently.
The ideal candidate should possess knowledge in:
- Electronic mail systems
- Accounting software, including QuickBooks
- MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Point of Sale systems
