Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at Domino's Pizza. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, customer service, and cash handling.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive excellent service and that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
- Food Quality: Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation, and ensure that all food is prepared and served in accordance with Domino's Pizza standards.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including food, supplies, and equipment, to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Cash Handling: Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently, and maintain a high level of cash handling security.
- Training and Development: Train and develop food service staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge necessary to provide excellent customer service and prepare high-quality food.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports on sales, customer service, and other key performance indicators, and maintain accurate records of inventory, cash handling, and other business operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with frequent standing and physical activity.
