Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Shift Manager to join our team at Wendy's Restaurant. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our restaurant staff, including food preparation, customer service, and inventory management.
    • Train and develop our team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, including responding to their complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage our inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies, to ensure that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
  • Quality Control
    • Ensure that our food meets the highest quality standards, including preparing and serving food that is safe and appealing to our customers.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping
    • Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback to management.
Requirements
  • Education
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
    • Knowledge of inventory management and quality control procedures.
