Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at Domino's Pizza. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Operations and Administration
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
    • Prepare and submit reports as required
  • Team Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of 3-4 people, with the potential to manage a team of up to 10 people
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
    • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
