About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at Pizza Hut. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the smooth operation of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff to ensure efficient service delivery
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain high standards
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Operations and Administration
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions
    • Prepare and submit reports to management
  • Support for Newcomers and Refugees
    • Recruit and support newcomers and refugees in their job search and integration
  • Support for Youths
    • Offer on-the-job training tailored to youth to develop their skills and confidence
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Flexibility, team player, and initiative
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a 30-40 hour workweek. The work language is English.
