About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at Pizza Hut. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Quality Control: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operations: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
  • Training and Development: Provide on-the-job training to new staff members and support their development within the team.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Personal Suitability: Flexibility, team player, and initiative are essential qualities for this role.
Working Conditions
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Language: English.
