About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at Domino's Pizza. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that they have a positive experience with our brand.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring that our inventory levels are optimal and that we are not overstocking or understocking.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Culinary Knowledge: Have a strong understanding of our menu items and culinary genres, ensuring that our food is prepared to the highest standards.
  • Work Schedules: Establish work schedules for staff, ensuring that we have adequate coverage during peak periods and that staff are working efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
