Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at Pizza Hut. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the smooth operation of our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff to ensure efficient service delivery
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain high standards
- Customer Service
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Operations and Administration
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions
- Prepare and submit reports to management
- Support for Newcomers and Refugees
- Recruit and support newcomers and refugees in their job search and integration
- Support for Youths
- Offer on-the-job training tailored to youth to develop their skills and confidence
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
- Flexibility, team player, and initiative
This is a permanent position with a 30-40 hour workweek. The work language is English.
