- Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our clients' properties are clean, safe, and meet our high standards.
- Prepare Budgets and Cost Estimates: Develop and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning services, ensuring that we meet our financial targets.
- Recommend Additional Services: Identify opportunities to provide additional services to our clients, such as painting, repair work, or renovations.
- Assist Cleaners in Performing Duties: Provide support and guidance to our cleaning staff, ensuring that they have the resources and training they need to succeed.
- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and manage work schedules for our cleaning staff, ensuring that we meet our clients' needs.
- Address Customer Complaints: Respond to customer complaints and concerns, ensuring that we provide exceptional customer service.
- Supervise In-House Laundry Services: Oversee the operation of our in-house laundry services, ensuring that they meet our high standards.
- Launder Clothing and Household Linens: Ensure that all clothing and household linens are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
- 3-4 Years of Experience: We are looking for a candidate with at least 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent Communication Skills: You will need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: You will need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and managing multiple tasks.
- Physical Demands: This role requires a high level of physical activity, including standing for extended periods and handling heavy loads.
