Job Title: Maintenance Coordinator

The Maintenance Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Woodfibre LNG Project. This position is responsible for coordinating maintenance activities across the site, facilities, roads, and grounds, as well as waterside and base operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate emergency responses and breaks in work.
  • Plan and schedule maintenance activities to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Support the preparation and execution of major maintenance and turnarounds.
  • Monitor and report on maintenance budget and schedule compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with company and government regulations and procedures.
  • Represent the Maintenance Manager during planned and unplanned events.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in plant maintenance, supervision, coordination, or planning in the Oil and Gas industry.
  • LNG experience is an asset.
  • 5+ years of experience in maintenance turnarounds in Oil and Gas.
  • Process safety management mindset.
  • Strong maintenance planning and leadership skills.
  • Technical proficiency in coordinating solutions for a broad range of issues.
  • Risk management skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in SAP, including process orders, materials management, task planning, and scheduling.
Additional Requirements:
  • Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to lead in a high-stress environment.
  • Experience working with large multi-disciplinary teams and contractors in a multicultural environment is an asset.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work and lead well under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and change priorities within tight time frames.
