Position Overview

The Administrative Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of office activities at X-Axis Solutions. This position requires a dedicated individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and assess new administrative processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Delegate tasks effectively to office support personnel.
  • Establish priorities for work and ensure adherence to procedures and deadlines.
  • Manage various administrative functions within the organization.
  • Coordinate and plan for essential office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance.
  • Assist in developing the operating budget while maintaining inventory and budgetary oversight.
  • Compile data and generate periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Provide training and support to staff members.
  • Oversee and streamline office administrative procedures.
  • Address and resolve conflict situations as they arise.
  • Plan and monitor budget and expenditures effectively.
Technical Proficiency
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.
