Office Administration Specialist

The Administrative Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of office activities at X-Axis Solutions. This position requires a dedicated individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Qualifications- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
- Implement and assess new administrative processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Delegate tasks effectively to office support personnel.
- Establish priorities for work and ensure adherence to procedures and deadlines.
- Manage various administrative functions within the organization.
- Coordinate and plan for essential office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance.
- Assist in developing the operating budget while maintaining inventory and budgetary oversight.
- Compile data and generate periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Provide training and support to staff members.
- Oversee and streamline office administrative procedures.
- Address and resolve conflict situations as they arise.
- Plan and monitor budget and expenditures effectively.
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.
- Fast-paced and dynamic work setting.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail is crucial due to a large workload.
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication abilities.
- Flexibility and organizational skills are essential.
- Reliability and the ability to multitask effectively.
