Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate effective communication within the team.
  • Oversee HR initiatives to ensure adherence to legal standards.
  • Develop and enforce organizational policies and procedures.
  • Implement training and development programs.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and manage itineraries.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain and oversee the digital information system.
Qualifications:
  • Completion of secondary school education.
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Personal attributes: Ability to manage multiple tasks, Strong organizational skills, Team-oriented, Effective time management.
