About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at Fragroma Inc. as an Administrative Procedures Specialist. This is a permanent position with a 35-hour workweek.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and Review Administrative Procedures

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures and reviewing and evaluating existing ones to ensure they are efficient and effective.

Delegate Work to Office Support Staff

As an Administrative Procedures Specialist, you will delegate work to office support staff, establish work priorities, and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

Carry Out Administrative Activities

You will be responsible for carrying out administrative activities of the establishment, assembling data, and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.

Perform Data Entry and Train Staff

The successful candidate will perform data entry and train staff on new procedures and systems.

Oversee and Coordinate Office Administrative Procedures

You will oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, resolve conflict situations, and provide support to staff as needed.

Supervision and Experience
  • Supervise 3-4 People

The successful candidate will supervise a team of 3-4 people and provide guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.

7 Months to Less than 1 Year of Experience

We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator with 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.

  • Recruit and Support Newcomers and Refugees

The successful candidate will recruit and support newcomers and refugees who were displaced by a conflict or natural disaster.

Offer On-the-Job Training to Youth

You will offer on-the-job training tailored to youth and provide support to help them develop their skills and confidence.

Recruit and Support Veterans and Visible Minorities

The successful candidate will recruit and support Veterans and visible minorities through targeted hiring initiatives and provide a supportive work environment.

Language and Work Environment
  • Language of Work: English

The language of work is English, and the successful candidate will be required to communicate effectively in this language.

35 Hours per Week

The workweek is 35 hours, and the successful candidate will be required to work a regular schedule.
