Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute product roadmaps that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver products that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

  • Manage product backlogs and prioritize features to ensure timely delivery and maximum impact.

  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve business objectives and drive innovation.

Requirements:

  • University degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in product management, preferably in a financial services or banking environment.
  • Strong understanding of transaction banking products and services, including deposit products.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
