Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Product Manager to join our Global Transaction Banking team. As a Digital Product Manager, you will be responsible for designing and implementing payment capabilities and administration to deliver best-in-class product experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire product lifecycle, from early opportunity analysis to release.
  • Leverage data to understand customer behaviors and patterns to shape our strategy.
  • Help define global strategy for domestic clients and execute against short and long-term roadmaps.
  • Advise teams and leadership on key technology and product roadmap considerations.
  • Lead problem discovery to understand customer needs and work closely with design and engineering partners to come up with solutions.
  • Focus on building the right payment products by identifying and articulating value added to customers and business.
  • Manage a lab team to develop solutions to strengthen payment product capabilities.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in a role building customer-facing digital products.
  • Experience influencing prioritization at the intersection of business needs and technology.
  • Managed a technology product or a digital journey end-to-end, from inception to delivery.
  • Experience in web, mobile, or microservice development with a strong focus on digital payments.
  • Digital Payments experience is an asset.
  • Willingness to travel based on business need.
