Job Title: Digital Product Manager-Global Transaction Banking

Scotiabank is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Product Manager to join our Global Transaction Banking team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing payment capabilities and administration to deliver best-in-class product experiences.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a fast-growing team focused on the Americas, particularly Canada, the U.S., and Mexico. You will work closely with Technology, UX design, Business, and cross-functional partners to drive innovation and growth in our payment capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a global strategy for domestic clients, driving short and long-term roadmaps.
  • Lead problem discovery to understand customer needs and work closely with design and engineering partners to develop solutions.
  • Manage a lab (scrum) team to develop solutions to strengthen payment product capabilities, while delivering high-quality and value.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement payment capabilities and administration.
Requirements:
  • 3-5+ years of experience in a role building customer-facing digital products.
  • Experience influencing prioritization at the intersection of business needs and technology.
  • Proven track record of managing a technology product or digital journey end-to-end, from inception to delivery.
  • Experience in web, mobile, or microservice development with a strong focus on digital payments.
  • Digital Payments experience is an asset.
