Digital Product Manager-Global Transaction Banking

Scotiabank is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Product Manager to join our Global Transaction Banking team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing payment capabilities and administration to deliver best-in-class product experiences.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity to work with a fast-growing team focused on the Americas, particularly Canada, the U.S., and Mexico. You will work closely with Technology, UX design, Business, and cross-functional partners to drive innovation and growth in our payment capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a global strategy for domestic clients, driving short and long-term roadmaps.
- Lead problem discovery to understand customer needs and work closely with design and engineering partners to develop solutions.
- Manage a lab (scrum) team to develop solutions to strengthen payment product capabilities, delivering high-quality and value.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement payment capabilities and administration.
- 3-5+ years of experience in building customer-facing digital products.
- Experience influencing prioritization at the intersection of business needs and technology.
- Proven track record of managing a technology product or digital journey end-to-end.
- Strong focus on digital payments and experience in web, mobile, or microservice development.
- Willingness to travel based on business need.
