Job Summary

As a Product Manager, Global Transaction Banking, you will be responsible for leading and driving a customer-focused culture throughout your team to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and continuously refine product roadmaps based on competitive analysis, customer feedback, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with partners across the Bank in Small Business, Corporate, and Commercial to deliver product enhancements and drive deposit volumes.
  • Prepare training materials and host training sessions with sales teams across Small Business and Commercial segments.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and answer product-related questions.
  • Create and maintain both internal and external facing content: manuals and operational procedures, offer letters and service schedules, sales sheets and proposals, websites.
  • Conduct research and gather feedback to better inform product strategy and how it contributes to the bottom line.
  • Understand how the Bank's risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.
  • Creates an environment in which his/her team pursues effective and efficient operations of his/her respective areas, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to, and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational risk, regulatory compliance risk, AML/ATF risk, and conduct risk.
  • Builds a high-performance environment and implements a people strategy that attracts, retains, develops, and motivates their team by fostering an inclusive work environment and using a coaching mindset and behaviors.

Requirements

  • University degree in business or finance.
  • Product management experience.
  • Experienced with Canadian deposit products.
