Restaurant Operations Manager

HAKKA EXPRESS INC. is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, including inventory management, health and safety regulations, and staff supervision.
Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize waste.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for staff and customers.
- Staff Supervision: Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
- Catering and Events: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers and clients for catering and events.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- English language proficiency
