Executive Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Lacombe Bar and Steakhouse. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that showcase our restaurant's culinary expertise and appeal to our guests' tastes.
- Staff Supervision: Train, supervise, and motivate our kitchen staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and manage our food and supply costs to ensure that we are operating within budget.
- Cleanliness and Safety: Ensure that our kitchen and dining areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
