We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Leto's Steak and Seafood House Ltd. in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, as well as maintaining a clean and organized kitchen and work areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, including preparing dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and work areas, including inspecting kitchens and food service areas.
- Team Management: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, as well as train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
- Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a kitchen environment.
- Work Setting: Restaurant, urban area, and bar.
