About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Leto's Steak and Seafood House Ltd. as a Line Cook.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
  • Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by a dietitian or chef, demonstrating attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas, upholding the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
