The College of Nursing at Leaders International is in search of a dynamic, inclusive, and forward-thinking leader to take on the role of Associate Dean, Engagement and Development. This pivotal position is part of the Dean's Executive team and entails significant responsibilities in overseeing and guiding the College's strategic direction.
The Associate Dean will collaborate closely with fellow Associate Deans and the Dean, advocating for the College and fostering engagement among various stakeholders. This role is crucial in promoting and facilitating successful academic initiatives across teaching, research, and administrative domains.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing visionary leadership to enhance academic endeavors.
- Developing and implementing innovative support systems for internal processes.
- Strengthening faculty relations and ensuring accessibility to the Dean.
- Encouraging collegial processes and faculty development.
- Aligning outcomes with the strategic objectives of the College.
- Creating avenues for innovative projects and global partnerships.
- Enhancing outreach and engagement with faculty.
The Associate Dean will be guided by the mission, vision, principles, values, and strategic plan of Leaders International and the College of Nursing.
