About the Opportunity

LRO Staffing is collaborating with one of Ottawa's prestigious and growing Crown Corporations to hire a Bilingual Senior HR Business Partner. This role reports to the Senior Manager of Human Resources and focuses on employee engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide strategic support and development to Managers on employee engagement, performance management, career development, and succession planning.
  2. Contribute to the evolution and implementation of employee recognition and retention programs.
  3. Lead working groups that inform the P & C function.
  4. Develop creative solutions to HR issues within a fast-paced and complex professional work environment.
About You

The successful candidate will possess:

  1. Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Labour/Industrial Relations, or a related field, with an HR designation being considered an asset.
  2. Over five years of relevant HR experience, including experience in Employee Relations, HR Programs, and Performance Management.
  3. Experience leading HR Projects.
  4. Bilingual French/English proficiency.
  5. The ability to travel occasionally within Canada.
  6. The ability to hold a federal government security clearance/Secret level.
About the Job

This is a full-time/permanent position offering an annual salary of $90,000 to $105,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes a pension. The company is conveniently located downtown and offers a hybrid work arrangement, with most employees in office once or twice weekly, with occasional exceptions.
