Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic HR Business Partner to join our team at Assent. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with senior leaders and executives to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
  2. Talent Management: Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on talent acquisition, development, and retention initiatives.
  3. Employee Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement, motivation, and productivity.
  4. HR Operations: Oversee the administration of HR programs and processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
  5. Business Insights: Analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
  6. Culture Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of cultural initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  7. Communication: Serve as a liaison between HR and the business, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. 8+ years of HR experience, with a minimum of 8+ years as a Business Partner supporting senior executives and/or C-level leaders.
  2. Bachelor's degree/Post Secondary Education in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders, employees, and stakeholders.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
