Job Title: Senior HR Business Partner

Assent Compliance Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our leadership team and driving business growth through effective talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives
  • Provide HR guidance and support to senior leaders and managers
  • Lead talent management initiatives, including recruitment, selection, and development

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on business partnership and talent management
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improvement through HR initiatives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
