Job Title: Senior HR Business Partner - Go-To-Market

Assent Compliance Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Business Partner to join our Go-To-Market team. As a key member of our HR team, you will provide strategic support to our GTM teams, including Marketing, Sales, and RevOps, to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a strategic advisor to leaders, providing guidance on people and business strategies to drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives to enhance team and Assentee success, including talent management, team member relations, and engagement.
  • Collaborate with GTM teams to influence and execute on global strategies, programs, and initiatives that attract, retain, and engage top talent.
  • Support leaders in evolving their organizational structure, roles, career paths, and objectives to maximize business execution.
  • Make recommendations on HR strategies that enhance team and Assentee success, based on market trends, industry best practices, and business knowledge.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of relevant HR experience, with at least 8+ years as a Business Partner supporting Senior Executive and/or C-level leaders.
  • Bachelor's degree/Post Secondary Education in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience identifying and building strategic cross-functional partnerships across all levels of the business to understand challenges.
  • Passion for high-quality service to the business and delivering exceptional support.
  • Analytically driven with experience working with people and business metrics to guide decisions.
